Waiting List: Joining the waiting list is free and non-binding. Workshop dates and details will be shared via email.

Done-With-You Service: Includes one 90-minute Zoom call using screen share for training and implementation of GHL chatbots and voice agents.

Done-For-You Service: Includes two 60-minute Zoom calls. The first call gathers training data; the second call involves fine-tuning and project completion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be completed via Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD].

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service is purchased. If technical issues or scheduling conflicts arise, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resolve the issue.

You agree to provide accurate information during calls to ensure the customization of your AI tools.

You are responsible for implementing any recommendations provided during the Done-With-You Service.For Done-For-You Service, you must provide timely feedback to complete the project effectively.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop or calls, including scripts, processes, and systems, remain the property of the Company. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of New York State in New York State.
